Admin & Program Updates
Data Exports (Participants & Schedules)
We’ve upgraded our reporting tools to give you exactly the data you need, formatted for easy use.
Filtered Participant Exports: From the Program Participants view, hit "Export All" to download a CSV of your roster. The export now respects your active filters, so you only get the data you're looking for. Learn How
Flexible Schedule Exports: On the Program Schedule page, the new "Export" button allows you to choose exactly what to download, Games, Practices, or Other Events, in a clean CSV format.
Registration Question Images
Visuals matter! You can now attach images (up to 5MB) to registration questions. Use this to show uniform samples, merchandise options, or site maps directly within the registration flow. Add Images to Registration Questions
Program Admin Permissions
Delegate management while maintaining total security. You can now designate admins to oversee specific programs or divisions without giving them access to global settings or sensitive financial data. Learn More About Permissions
Bulk Import "Draft Mode"
Take the stress out of rostering. When importing players and staff in bulk, they are now imported into a "Draft" status. This allows you to review and finalize your teams in private; team assignment emails will only be sent when you are ready to hit Publish.
Historical Season Access
For organizations that recently transitioned from TeamSnap for Business, you can now quickly access all your historical season data directly within the TeamSnap ONE interface.
Pro-Level Streaming: External Camera Support
Bring the stadium experience to every fan’s phone! iOS users can now stream live games using high-quality external cameras like GoPro, XBotGo, and Mevo via RTMPS. This means higher resolution, better angles, and a more professional broadcast for your organization. Learn More
