Now Available: Team Management on the Web for Your Coaches, Team Managers, and Parents
Exciting news! Coaches, team managers, and parents can access their team online with TeamSnap ONE to manage their schedule, email and chat. Now, the people running your teams can do laptop work on a laptop, like adding events, long emails to families, and mid-day chats.
What’s available now
Team emails with attachments. Your staff can send fully formatted emails to individuals, groups, or the whole team, save a draft and finish it when details firm up, and preview a test copy to themselves before it goes out.
Build and share your team schedule. Team staff can create and edit events on the web and notify the team the same way the app does. Plus, easy access to subscribe to your team calendar.
Know who’s in or out. Coaches see each player’s availability status so they can plan for practice or the upcoming game.
Full team chat on the web. Your staff and families can keep team conversations going without reaching for the app.
Roster at a glance. Coaches and team managers can view players and contacts for their team.
Parents get web features too. Contacts can view the schedule, set availability, read their email archive, and view the roster which means fewer questions routed back through your staff.

Nothing new for you to roll out. Your coaches and team managers sign in to their TeamSnap accounts at identity.teamsnap.com or go.teamsnap.com, click their team name on the dashboard, and the new team tools open Schedule, Roster, Email, and Chat. No new URL to login to, and no additional setup on your end.
New families and contacts get caught up - If a player is added to the roster after the season starts or a contact gets added mid-season, all email and chat communications are accessible for them so coaches and team managers don’t need to resend the season's communications.
