August 2026 brings game-changing scheduling automation, media sharing, expanded multi-team communications, and enhanced live streaming to TeamSnap ONE! Built specifically for youth sports organization admins, this month’s release is packed with features to help you run your programs faster, avoid scheduling headaches, and power up your sideline broadcasts.

Major Releases

Smarter Scheduling: Conflict Detection & Bulk Actions

Rescheduling games no longer has to feel like a high-stakes puzzle! Organization administrators now have built-in conflict detection and mass-editing tools built right into the schedule table.

• Conflict Engine Logic: As you move or adjust games in the schedule table, the system automatically detects overlaps in real time and alerts you with red warnings and badges. It catches coach double-bookings across the organization, venue/field overlaps, and team double-bookings.

• Bulk Schedule Actions: Select multiple games at once to shift dates, update times, or swap venues in one step. If a bulk move creates a scheduling conflict, the system flags it immediately and suggests available alternatives.

• Schedule Matrix & Data Reports: Generate detailed, filterable breakdown reports (Matchups view, Games per week, and Time Slot utilization) directly from your schedule table without exporting to CSV.

• Edit Dialog Warnings: Conflict detection is also built directly into the individual "Edit Game" dialogs, giving you instant feedback before you save changes.

Multi-Team Events

Admins can now create a single calendar event that spans an entire program or multiple selected teams at once eliminating the need to recreate identical entries team-by-team!

• Program-Level Creation: Perfect for board meetings, organization-wide fundraisers, clinics, or tournament blocking.

• Flexible Selection: From the event builder, choose "Multi-Team Event," select your target program, and check off the exact divisions or teams invited.

• Schedule Visibility & Protected Permissions: Assigned teams are clearly labeled on the schedule table. Team staff members cannot edit or overwrite multi-team events created by org admins, preventing accidental cross-team schedule disruptions.

Falcon Live Streaming Camera Integration & Media Hub Beta

• XbotGo Falcon Camera Integration: High-definition streaming is easier than ever! Connect, configure, and manage your XbotGo Falcon cameras directly within TeamSnap ONE. Experience automated tracking and seamless live stream test flows designed specifically for youth sports sidelines.

• Org-Wide Media Tab (Beta): An all new Media tab (beta) is now live for all TeamSnap ONE organizations! Admins can access all team media shared from Game Zone including live stream recordings, downloadable highlight clips, and photos in one centralized place.

Administrative & Registration Upgrades

• Registration Additional Settings: Form builders now feature a simplified layout. Insurance options have moved into an "Additional Settings" modal inside the Financials step, and the old "Add-ons" tab has been retired.

• Web Chat & Formatting: Web chat now respects typed or pasted line breaks. External web links are fully clickable and automatically display rich site previews when supported.

• Instant Admin Support Portal: Clicking the help icon in TeamSnap ONE Admin now opens a quick menu featuring direct links to Announcements, public Product Updates, the Knowledge Base, and a direct line to Contact Us.

• Bulk Waiver PDF Exports: In addition to CSV exports, admins can now export actual signed Waiver PDFs in bulk. Select the waivers you need, and the system downloads a neatly organized ZIP file containing all associated PDFs.

Android

• Group Creation UI Fix: Resolved an issue where selected member chips stretched across the screen and blocked the member selection list during group chat creation.

• Live Stream Scoreboard: Corrected a layout width bug on the broadcast live stream scoreboard overlay.

iOS

• Falcon Integration (V1.38 - V1.39): Connect and manage XbotGo cameras directly under User Settings. View camera details, update aliases, check firmware versions, trigger over-the-air upgrades, and launch live stream test flows.

• Advanced Camera Modes (V1.42): Added manual zoom controls and official support for Baseball Mode.
