Major Release:

Organization Email Insights

We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to organization-wide communications. This release delivers clear, real-time visibility into email delivery, so admins can communicate with confidence and troubleshoot issues faster than ever.

Total Visibility

A new Recipients tab shows every email recipient, their email address, and their individual delivery status.

Real-Time Status Updates

Instantly see whether messages are Delivered, Sent, or Failed—including the specific reason when delivery fails.

Enhanced Search & Filters

Quickly filter email logs by delivery status or search by member name or email to resolve issues fast.

At-a-Glance Insights

Recipient counts and delivery success indicators now appear directly in the email log for quick status checks.

Broad Coverage

These insights apply to both organization emails and email-based alerts.

Registration & Payments

Manual ACH Entry

Registrants can now manually enter U.S. bank account details at checkout for ACH payments—no account linking required.

New “Export All” Button

A new Export button at the top of the registration list lets you export data based on your active filters.

Welcome Message Formatting

Registration welcome messages now fully support hyperlinks, bullet points, and rich formatting.

Smart Defaults for Questions

New registration questions now default to Required, saving setup time.

Scheduling & Communication

Flexible Schedule Imports

Schedule imports now support a wider range of date formats, including:

• 1- or 2-digit months and days

• 2- or 4-digit years

• Slashes (/) or dashes (-)

  (e.g., m/d/yyyy, mm-dd-yy)

Automated Chat Cleanup

Team Chat channels are automatically removed from the admin view when their associated team is deleted.

Mobile Updates

We’ve shipped several improvements across both iOS and Android.

iOS Updates (v1.4.0 & v1.5.0)

• Copy Events: Copy games and practices directly in the app

• File Downloads: New download button in Chat for easier file saving

• Faster Editing:

  • Numeric keyboard for jersey numbers

  • “Clear” buttons for opponent, uniform, and notes fields

• Notifications: New banner prompts users to enable chat notifications

• Backend Updates: Added new inputs for Practice Plans and Game Zone

Android Updates (v1.4.0 & v1.5.0)

• Jersey Numbers: Now displayed directly on the Roster when set

• Smarter Scheduling: Event start times now default to 5-minute increments

• Improved Interface:

  • Save button docked at the bottom of Add/Edit Event screens

  • Clear buttons added to text fields

  • TeamSnap Classic teams on the Home tab are collapsed by default

• Backend Updates: Added new tracking events for practice planning and team age editing
