July brought more big time updates to TeamSnap ONE! Headlining this month’s releases is our brand-new Auto-Scheduler allowing you to build an entire division's game schedule in minutes instead of hours alongside unified member-profile billing history, expanded registration age eligibility, and a modernized login portal.

Major Releases

Auto-Scheduler: Build Complete Division Schedules in Minutes

Scheduling a sports season is one of the most time-consuming jobs an administrator faces. The all-new Auto-Scheduler does the heavy lifting for you—set your parameters once and let the engine generate hundreds of qualified, conflict-free matchups automatically.

• Guided Scheduling Wizard: Launch the wizard from the Schedules section to define venue availability, blackout dates, required games per team, and travel time windows. The round-robin engine automatically prevents coach conflicts across the entire organization, venue double-bookings, and unrealistic travel overlaps.

• Draft Mode & One-Click Bulk Publishing: Every generated game lands safely in Draft status, keeping the schedule hidden from coaches and parents until you review. Once verified, publish multiple draft games in bulk directly from the Schedules table.

• Consolidated Staff Alerts: When games are published in bulk, coaches and team staff receive a single summary email listing all new games—instead of being flooded with individual game notifications.

• Saved Progress & Dashboard Cards: Need to verify field availability offline? Your progress is saved so you can resume setup anytime. Dashboard cards at the top of Programs > Schedule surface active setups in progress and completed drafts ready to launch.

• Smart Issue Tracking: If available time slots run short, unplaceable matchups are still generated and flagged with an Issues badge so you can manually assign dates and fields later.

Member Profiles: Unified Registrations & Invoicing History

Admins no longer need to jump between multiple reporting screens to manage a participant's history! Everything is now managed directly from the Member Profile.

• Registration History Tab: A new Registrations tab displays every registration associated with the participant across all programs. View dates, form names, groups, fee totals, and payment statuses (sorted most recent first). Take direct action inline to Edit Registration, View Payment Plan, or Cancel Registration.

• Invoicing History Tab: Complementing registrations, admins can now review past and current member invoices directly from the profile. Easily review/edit details, resend unpaid bills, or delete uncollected invoices in a few clicks.

• Permission-Protected Access: Financial history tabs adhere strictly to administrator security roles—they are visible only to staff with financial permissions, and Program Admins see data scoped exclusively to their assigned programs.

Administrative & Registration Upgrades

Adult & 18+ Participant Registration

High school, adult league, and special-needs programs can now register participants who are 18 years or older through parent/guardian workflows!

• Guardians must actively confirm they are registering an adult participant.

• Built-in safeguards prevent parents from accidentally duplicating their own account profile as a child.

Enhanced Waiver Tools & Document Management

• Drag-and-Drop Waiver Reordering: Rearrange the display order of waivers inside the form builder. The updated sequence reflects immediately for parents during checkout.

• Helpful Placeholder Text for Signatures: Waiver input fields now display expected initials or full-name signature prompts as placeholder text, guiding registrants smoothly through completion.

• Download PDF Waivers: Download or review completed PDF waivers directly from the Edit Registration drawer without extra navigation.

Clean Display for Free Registration Options

When an admin leaves a registration option fee unconfigured, the system no longer displays an awkward "$0.00" label. Free options now cleanly display as Free.

• Streamlined UI: Redesigned interface featuring an expanding and collapsing left navigation sidebar.

• Quick-Access Dashboard: Displays direct links to your associated organizations and player profiles right from the homepage.

• Future Foundation: Lays the underlying technical framework for upcoming team web feature updates.

Early Game Zone Access

Streamers - Get Game-Ready Sooner with Early Game Zone Access!

We are excited to introduce Early Game Zone Access! Coaches, streamers, and parents no longer have to wait until game time to get into the action. Jump into the Game Zone early to test camera angles, verify streaming connections, and upload pre-game media ahead of your game starting. Give your fans a smooth, professional broadcast experience from the very first whistle!

Mobile App Updates

Android (V1.34-1.36)

• Past TS1 Teams: Access archived teams in a dedicated "Past TS1 Teams" section. While locked from adding new players or creating events, staff can still edit existing events, upload media, start team chats, and receive push notifications for messages. Restoring a team immediately restores it to the Active Teams list.

• Archived Team Modal: Users receive an automatic pop-up modal upon opening the app listing all teams archived since their last session.

• Falcon Camera Integration: Official support for Falcon camera hardware integration.

• App Rating Prompt: Prompt requesting user feedback and ratings directly within the app.

• Under-the-Hood GameZone Prep: Foundational GameZone updates to prepare for upcoming feature releases.

iOS (V1.34-1.36)

• Past TS1 Teams: Access archived teams under the "Past TS1 Teams" section. Staff can add staff, edit events, upload media, start new chats, and receive push notifications, while restrictions prevent adding new players or events. Unarchived teams automatically return to active lists.

• Archived Team Modal: A welcoming modal alerts users on app launch if any of their teams were archived since they last logged in.

• Falcon Camera Integration: Official support for Falcon camera hardware integration.
