June 2026 - New Features & Enhancements

We are thrilled to share the comprehensive list of powerful new features, deep administrative upgrades, and mobile enhancements shipped across TeamSnap ONE in June. From a completely reimagined standalone invoicing system to flexible calendar subscriptions, we're making it easier than ever to power your organization.

Major Releases

Organization Invoicing 

You can now handle custom, one-off collections completely outside of the standard registration flow! Whether you need to bill for uniform fees, tournament costs, or fundraising drives, our brand-new internal Invoicing tool handles it all seamlessly.

For Administrators:

• Step-by-Step Creation: Navigate to the new Invoices tab in your left navigation to quickly draft bills. The form walks you through selecting a program, picking specific members, adding your amounts ($10.00 minimum), and linking it to a designated deposit account.

• Easily Add Recipients: Selecting recipients is incredibly intuitive, mirroring the familiar two-panel rostering panel with search fields and filter pills.

• Up to 24 Installments: Split the balance evenly with the + Add installment button. Due dates automatically fill out one month apart, matching our robust registration flexibility.

• Send Test Emails to Yourself: Want to check your work? You can send a risk-free test invoice email to yourself with a disabled payment button before executing live collections.

• Management & Adjustments: From the centralized tracking table, admins can view real-time payment rollups, edit an individual member's invoice plan to increase/decrease the amount, record cash/check payments, or safely delete completely unpaid invoices.

• Financial Reporting & Exporting: All invoice transactions instantly integrate with the Financials page alongside standard registration data, and you can export your entire invoice layout to a CSV with a single click.

• Granular Permissions: Program admins can create invoices exclusively for their assigned programs, but they cannot add new organization deposit accounts—safeguarding your core banking credentials.

For Recipients (Parents & Members):

• Instant Payments via Pay Now: Primary contacts receive a formatted email notification with a deep link directly into their account to pay the invoice.

• Invoices in their TeamSnap Account: Members can access their historical bills at any time by logging into their TeamSnap account at  identity.teamsnap.com. The screen is status-aware, automatically serving context buttons like "Pay balance," "Pay now" (per installment), or "Pay all past due".

• ACH Bank Transfer Support: For the first time outside of classic invoicing, families can pay securely using direct ACH bank transfers.

• Automated Overdue Reminders: Let the platform do the chasing for you. Overdue reminders are automatically triggered and emailed to non-paying contacts at days 1, 7, 14, and 30.

• Split Primary Contact Visibility: If an account has multiple primary contacts (e.g., two parents), the moment one parent pays the invoice, the other parent's view instantly switches to a read-only screen showing "Paid for by [Name]". This prevents double-billing confusion!

Admin Registration Notifications

Admins no longer have to manually check their dashboards to see who has registered.

• Select Staff for Notifications: Inside the Communications step of any registration form, admins will find a searchable, alphabetized multi-select list of all organization and program administrators.

• Targeted Alerts: You can now select exactly which admins should receive an automated email copy each time a participant completes a registration or joins a waitlist for that specific form.

• Admin-Centric Formatting: The notification emails sent to staff are clean and tailored for internal use, meaning, consumer action buttons (like "Download the App") are completely removed. It includes a bold "Admin copy" banner, the registrant's name, and the subject line format: {reg form name} has a new entry.

• Self-Maintaining Lists: These configurations intelligently carry over if a form is duplicated. Even better, if an administrator is removed from the organization entirely, they are automatically dropped from all notification lists.

Subscriptions to Individual Team Calendars

This has been one of our most frequent community requests, and it is officially live! Users are no longer forced to sync their entire all-teams schedule at once.

• Color-Code with Ease: All app users can now sync individual team schedules to external calendar platforms (like Google Calendar), making it simple to manage and color-code multiple athletes.

• How it Works: Simply tap the calendar icon at the top of the app's "All Schedules" screen and choose "Sync other calendar" or "Sync Google Calendar". The system generates an email containing individual subscription URLs for each separate team.

Permanent Deletion of Eligible Registration Forms

Clean up your workspace safely! Organization owners and authorized admins can now permanently remove unwanted registration forms directly from the overview dashboard.

• The "Delete to Confirm" Safeguards: To eliminate accidental and permanent data loss, clicking the trash icon launches a required security modal. Admins must explicitly type the word delete into the prompt field before the delete action unlocks.

• Eligibility Boundaries: To maintain absolute reporting integrity, a form is only eligible for deletion if it has zero completed or cancelled registrations attached to it. Any form tied to live financial history will automatically hide the deletion option.

• Auto-Clearing Carts: If an eligible form happens to have active, incomplete "in-progress" carts, the system automatically auto-clears those abandoned sessions so you can delete the form in one swift action.

Auto-Publish Team Assignments from Registration

Streamline your workflow downstream! Organization admins can now toggle an Auto-Publish roster switch directly inside any registration group where a specific team selection is mapped.

• When a user hits "Publish" via the roster page, the member actions sync smoothly, automatically triggering the official roster publication email notifying the participant of their placement.

Test Live Streaming (iOS)

Give your coaches and streamers total peace of mind before the big game! iOS users can now initiate a Test Live Stream in a completely private sandbox environment.

• Real Stream, No Stakes: Transmits real audio and video to the server to verify your camera framing, internet connection, and mounting gear without notifying anyone on the team.

• Zero Retained Data: As soon as you end the test session, all video data is completely discarded.

• Test Game Zone: Lands you in a simulated Game Zone UI featuring a live stream viewer (for external cameras), score display tooltips, and a persistent "Test Mode" banner.

• Guided Entry Points: Added specific entry alerts across the interface (Home screen card, Schedule card near the next game, Post-game recap prompts, and the Account Menu). Users can clear or dismiss these entry cards, with permanent access remaining securely housed in the app settings.

• Note: This feature is currently live on iOS, with Android support following soon.

Order Customization on Registration Exports

Keep your data structured exactly the way you want it! When admins export registration data, the custom question columns in the resulting CSV file will now perfectly mirror the order the questions are asked on the form. No more confusing column shuffling after a download.

Additional Admin Enhancements

Fee Exports Now Include Team/Division Data

Gaining a clear picture of participant placement just got seamless. When you export financial fees from a registration report, you’ll find two brand-new columns for Division and Team populated for every single participant line item.

Private Registration Forms

Need to build exclusive forms for select players, clinics, or makeup tryouts? You can now designate registration forms as Private. When enabled, these forms are hidden from your public website widget. Admins can grab the unique form link and send it directly to eligible families, allowing anyone with the URL to register securely.

Multi-Filter Invoice Management & Smart Overdue Rules

We have shipped powerful new filters into the Invoices management center.

• Dynamic Table Header Rollups: Admins can filter their entire invoice database simultaneously by payment status, program, and/or batch. The financial rollup aggregates sitting at the top of the table dynamically recalculate in real-time based on the parameters you apply.

• Smart Default Sessions: Based on feedback from early users, opening a fresh session defaults the view to filter out "Paid" items. The interface prioritizes displaying unpaid and overdue bills first while keeping historical paid entries instantly retrievable with a single click.

Mobile Updates

Android (v1.30 & v1.32)

• Fresh Chat Experience: Messages got a beautiful new look! We fully updated the chat UI to maximize your in-app messaging experience.

• Subscription Tab Stability: Resolved a pesky crash that occurred when a user attempted to access the Subscription tab without an active network connection.

• Archived Team Foundations: Deployed background preparation updates to support upcoming workflows related to archived team management.

• UI Cleanups: Optimized various screen transitions and updated the Account Details user interface layout.

iOS (v1.30 & v1.32)

• Account Deletion Safeguards: Updated the Delete Account UI and embedded a brand-new confirmation modal to ensure users don't accidentally wipe out an active profile.

• Contact Role Sheet Polish: Fixed a layout issue where the "Manage Contact Role" sheet was getting cut off at the very top of the device screen.

• Invite Sheet Copy Updates: Adjusted the bottom sheet copy to make adding a team invite code clearer and easier for parents.

• Background Setup: Deployed foundational logic updates supporting upcoming features for archived teams and XBotGo hardware integrations.
