      March has been a monumental month for TeamSnap ONE! We are thrilled to unveil powerful new ways to showcase your organization online, drive more registrations, and give your fans a front-row seat to the action.

      Major Releases

       Instant Season Setup with "Copy Registration Forms"

      Stop building from scratch and start launching in seconds! We’ve introduced a new feature to copy your registration forms from one program or season to another. Think of it as your new shortcut to a stress-free setup.

      With a single click, TeamSnap ONE carries over:

      • Custom Questions & Logic: Keep your data consistent without re-typing.

      • Fees & Payment Options: Your pricing structures and installment plans are ready to go.

      • Waivers & Documents: Ensure legal requirements are met instantly.

      • Form Settings: All your specialized configurations remain intact.

      Pro-Tip: Only programs with the same sport and program type are shown as destinations to ensure compatibility. Divisions and teams are intelligently matched: if a team or division with the same name already exists in the destination, it’s reused rather than duplicated!

      Admin & Program Updates

      Registration Management Enhancements

      • Registration ID in Exports: Admins can now include a unique, system-generated Registration ID in exports. This stable identifier makes it easy to sync or deduplicate player records with third-party systems.

      • Expanded Message Length: The character limit for registration Welcome and Confirmation messages has been increased to 5,000 characters.

      Contact & Roster Management

      • Streamlined Player Updates: We've made it easier for primary contacts to manage their players. They can now invite additional contacts, promote others to the "Primary" role, or remove themselves if another primary contact exists.

      Mobile Updates

      Android (v1.16 - v1.17)

      • External Camera Support: Live streaming with cameras like GoPro and Mevo is now available!

      • Staff Practice Tools: Staff accounts now see a direct link to the "How To Create A Practice Plan" article within the At-Home section.

      • Game Zone Fix: We resolved a display bug to ensure Home/Away teams appear in the correct order.

      iOS (v1.17 - v1.18)

      • Stream Replay Management: TeamSnap+ subscribers can now delete stream replays directly within the app.

      • Staff Practice Tools: Access the "How To Create A Practice Plan" article link directly from the At-Home tab.

      • Game Zone Fix: Resolved the display order for Home/Away teams to ensure accuracy.
