From sharing game-day results and automated standings to friction-free, coach roster management, we are drastically cutting down your administrative workload. Plus, with the broader rollout of our seamless integrated website widgets and enhanced chat controls, connecting your logistics, communication, and digital brand has never been easier!

Major Releases

Official Score Entry & Locking

Take total control over your league's results. Organization administrators can now enter official scores for any game, establishing the ultimate "Source of Truth."

• Verified Results Badge: Official scores display a distinct checkmark shield or "Official" tag across the mobile app and web.

• Tamper-Proof Locking: Entering an official score completely disables team-level users (coaches and parents) from editing it.

• Forfeit Tracking & Transitions: Easily mark a game as a forfeit (which renders clearly on mobile). Entering an admin score while a game is live instantly moves its status to "Final."

Automated Standings

Bring your league programs to life with automated standings calculations. A brand-new Standings tab allows administrators to build custom ranking formulas:

• Flexible Ranking Rules: Rank teams by Win % (ties count as half a win) or custom point values for wins, losses, and ties.

• Powerful Tiebreakers: Configure up to 4 real-time tiebreaker rules, including Head-to-Head, Points Allowed, Points Scored, and capped Points Differential.

• Overrides & Previews: Seamlessly drag and drop teams into a custom order, and watch standings calculate instantly via live dashboard previews.

Team Invite Codes & Roster Control

Empower coaches to onboard their own teams safely, saving you hours of manual data entry.

• Granular Permissions: Toggle explicit permissions at the program level to allow or restrict coaches from managing rosters and staff roles.

• Deep-Link Invite Codes: Coaches can share a unique 6-digit code or deep-link. Parents use it to bypass email deliverability issues, claim their athlete from the roster list, and instantly connect to the team.

• Administrative Regeneration: Securely regenerate a brand-new team code at any time via the web dashboard if a code is over-shared.

Secure Registration Form Deletion

Clean up your dashboard with confidence. Owners and admins with registration permissions can now permanently delete eligible forms.

• Financial Guardrails: To protect reporting, the trash icon only appears on forms with zero completed or cancelled registrations.

• Safety Verification: In-progress carts are cleared automatically, and a confirmation modal requires typing the word delete to finalize removal.

Spotlight: Integrated Website Widgets

Directly bridge your back-office data with your public TeamSnap ONE website using these seamless, real-time widgets originally introduced in April:

• Registration Landing Page Widget: Displays available programs in a sleek card layout. Features urgency tags ("Closing soon"), capacity alerts ("Full"/"Limited capacity"), and dynamic call-to-action buttons.

• Embedded Game Schedule Widget: Chronologically displays schedules for any program with smart timezone handling. Includes division/team filters for fans and automatic "TBD" placement for games missing details.

• Real-Time Website Standings: New in May! Verified admin scores instantly publish to your website's standings tables, auto-calculating rankings based on your custom rules.

Additional Admin Enhancements

• Centralized Timezones: Foundational timezone settings have moved to Organization Settings > General, managed exclusively by Owners and Admins to ensure local alignment for schedules and registration deadlines.

• Export Ordering: CSV registration exports now perfectly match the exact visual sequence of custom questions presented in your registration form.

• Admin Chat Deletion & Scorecards:

  • Admins can now delete inappropriate messages within any team chat.

  • Official scores entered within 7 days of a game automatically post a read-only recap scorecard into the team chat.

Mobile Updates

Android (v1.25 - v1.27)

• Staff Roster Tools: Coaches can add new players (and staff) directly in the TeamSnap ONE app, and contacts can request to join as staff.

• UX & Guardrails: Enforced uppercase input for team codes, expanded the jersey number field to accept 5 digits, and polished Date of Birth error messaging.

• Fixes: Added auto-refresh to the All Schedules tab, optimized form keyboard navigation, and fixed bottom-sheet errors after team removal.

iOS (v1.25 - v1.28)

• Stream Replay Clipbacks: Users can now generate instant 30 and 60-second highlight clips directly from archived live stream replays.

• Clearer Member Identity: The chat roster list now explicitly highlights who is a Coach, Org Admin, or invited guest.

• Fixes & Polish: Resolved bugs causing frozen keyboards and incorrect player initials. Expanded the touch-target size for the "Learn more" contact button.
