    Now Live in TeamSnap ONE: Email Delivery Insights

      A clearer, more reliable view of every message you send.

      We’ve enhanced communications in TeamSnap ONE with Email Delivery Insights, giving admins better visibility into message delivery, improved filtering and search, and a new way to review recipients at the individual message level. These updates make it easier to confirm who received a message — and understand when something didn’t go through.


      Enhanced Email Log

      The Email Log has been updated to provide a clearer, more intuitive view of your organization’s communication activity, including:

      • Improved layout and readability

      • Recipient counts surfaced directly in the summary

      • Delivery indicators that show message performance at a glance

      These improvements help admins quickly scan, audit, and verify outgoing communications.


      New: Recipients Tab

      Each sent message now includes a Recipients tab with detailed insights, including:

      • Total recipients

      • Delivery status counts

      • Real-time delivery progress

      This makes it simple to confirm whether key players, coaches, or families were included and whether the message reached them.


      Real-Time Status Updates

      Messages now update in real time as delivery information comes in.

      Each recipient will display one of three statuses:

      • Delivered - The message was successfully delivered to the recipient’s mail server.

      • Sent - The message has been sent, but final delivery confirmation has not yet been received.

      • Failed - The message could not be delivered. A reason will be provided when available.

      Examples of failure reasons include:

      • Bounced Address

      • Inbox Full

      • Unclassified

      These explanations help admins quickly understand what went wrong and decide whether a follow-up or contact update is needed.


      Better Filtering & Search

      We’ve enhanced the Email Log with more powerful controls so you can find exactly what you’re looking for:

      • Search by message title

      • Filter to narrow down messages

      • Review delivery insights more efficiently, even for high-volume organizations

      This makes it easier to troubleshoot, follow up, and respond when families say they didn’t receive something.
