Parents Can Now Manage Contacts in the Mobile App

We’ve completely overhauled how families manage their player's contacts in the TeamSnap ONE mobile app! Managing a youth sports organization is a team effort, and our new Contact Management features make it easier for parents and guardians to add additional contacts to stay informed and connected.

• Streamlined Player Updates: Primary contacts now have more power to manage their player's profile directly, ensuring data like names and jersey numbers are always accurate.

• Collaborative Parenting: Primary contacts can now invite additional parents or guardians to a player’s profile to get schedule updates and participate in team communications.

• Role Flexibility: Admins and primary contacts can now promote other guardians to a "Primary" role, ensuring the right people have the right level of access to the team and schedule.

• Automatic Team Sync: When a new contact is added to a player, they are automatically added to all teams that the player is connected to. No more manual invitations for every single season!

• Game Stream & Media Access: Get notified when live streams start, and with TeamSnap+, watch replays and create your own highlight clips.

• Smart Removal: Contacts can now remove themselves from a player’s profile (provided another primary contact exists), automatically revoking their access to team chats, schedules, and rosters.
